Cocoa mass

Cocoa mass, or cocoa paste, is the main ingredient in chocolate production. It is made by grinding cocoa nibs – the central part of the cocoa bean – into a liquid form. It contains both cocoa solids, which give chocolate a distinctive flavor, and cocoa butter, which contributes to the texture. Cocoa mass is essentially pure chocolate in its purest natural form.

Chocolate bars

To the delight of chocolate lovers, we offer dark chocolate bars from 62 to 80% for chocolate lovers.

For our great pastry chefs, bakers and master chocolatiers we offer chocolate pastilles.

Cocoa juice

Antioxidant, source of magnesium, iron and zinc, cocoa and cocoa juice is a natural antidepressant.
